Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this solicitation is to secure an agreement for the renovation of the current sound system housed in the Paul Derda Recreation Center (PDRC). The selected contractor will design and install new equipment in two phases. One to be conducted the end of 2011 and the other early 2012. MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING - IT IS IMPAIRATIVE THAT THE VENDOR REPRESENTATIVE BE VERY FAMILIAR WITH ATTACHED DOCUMENTS. Vendors are encouraged to submit written requests for clarification prior to this meeting.
