Summary of Specifications:
Broomfield CIP Division for the benefit of Goodnews Community Church needs parking lot pavement repaires. Scope: Parking lot patching area 1000sf at 5511 W 136th Ave. Broomfield Co. Good News Community church parking lot East Side. Anticipated Notice to Proceed: October 1st 2010 Completion by: October 21st 2010 MAterial and insallation Specification: Broomfield Standards and Specifications 2007 Section 900 http://www.broomfield.org/engineering/ • Saw Cut existing pavement to Broomfield’s marks (approx 20’x 50’) • Remove and dispose of existing pavement, base, and sub‐grade to accommodate new pavement section. • Compact and proof roll sub‐grade • Install 6” CDOT Class#6 Aggregate Base course, compact w moisture and proof roll. • Install 4” S graded asphalt mix compact and finish roll. (section 900) • Remove and reset existing parking blocks. • Restripe removed pavement markings. Requirements: 1. Contractor shall be licensed with the City and County of Broomfield, and meeting all insurance requirements. 2. Contractor shall obtain a no fee Public Private Improvement permit, and submit asphalt mix design for supplied asphalt. 3. Coordinate work with property owner parking lot needs. Bid Form Please provide unit prices for items listed in the bid form, that include purchase and installation of the item and include cost for all required items. Payment will be for actual quantity installed at the location cover in the RFQ. Terms and conditions: Return of a quote confirms willing and able to meet RFQ terms and Broomfield specifications. RFQ terms supersede quote terms and conditions. Payment terms and conditions are per Broomfield payment policies generally 30 days from invoice date for approved invoices.
