Summary of Specifications:
The Broomfield Community Center roof top electrical wiring is currently encased in PVC conduit. The PVC has sun rotted, needs to be removed and replaced with new EMT conduit. Work must be conducted and completed during facility maintenance closure August 31, 2009 through September 7, 2009. Although Bid Bond not required, the City reserves the right to require Performance and L&M bonds or other security for the project.
