Summary of Specifications:
The City and County of Broomfield (City), State of Colorado, will accept Bids to award a Contract or Contracts for the Southbound Lowell Boulevard Right-Turn Lane at West 144th Avenue Project until 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2013, at the Central Records Department in the George Di Ciero City and County Building. Immediately thereafter, Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Lobby Conference Room. All Bids shall be in SEALED ENVELOPES AND PLAINLY MARKED "Sealed Bid - Southbound Lowell Boulevard Right-Turn Lane at West 144th Avenue Project." 

The Work is described in the Specifications and elsewhere in the Contract Documents. It includes, but is not limited to construction of a dedicated right-turn lane, removal of a narrow bridge over Equity Ditch, installation of concrete storm sewer pipe, asphalt removal and replacement, and site restoration, together with all incidentals and miscellaneous items necessary to do the Work.
