Summary of Specifications:
The City and County of Broomfield (City), State of Colorado, will accept Bids to award a Contract or Contracts for the Tom Frost Reservoir Shelter Project. All Bids shall be in SEALED ENVELOPES AND PLAINLY MARKED "Sealed Bid – Tom Frost Reservoir Shelter Project".

The Work is described in the Specifications and elsewhere in the Contract Documents. It includes, but is not limited to, procurement and installation of a 28’ octagonal steel shelter with a concrete pad and site furnishings, together with all incidentals and miscellaneous items necessary to do the Work.
