PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE INSPECTION:
A pre-proposal conference and site inspection will be conducted the date and time listed in the Schedule of Events on the cover page at Denver International Airport – 8500 Pena Blvd, Denver, CO 80249. Suppliers shall meet the City Buyer and Subject Matter Expert on Level 4 (where passenger pickup is located), East side, North end of the Main Terminal at Door 401. The proposal terms and conditions will be reviewed and discussed at this time and a brief site inspection will take place to view the air freshener units. Please note that the City will not be responsible for suppliers parking expenses.
