28539 - Building Automation System Upgrade

The scope of the Building Automation System Upgrade is to build a foundation for future upgrades, remove the possibility of “losing” communication to the current building automation systems and create a platform environment which integrates multiple locations. The main purpose of this project is to integrate multiple existing devices using Java Script applets into one location overlaid with an HTML5 platform at a lower cost than upgrading all devices at all locations.  In this project, the vendor must be able to static IP multiple locations into one device, known as the existing Web Supervisor, overlay with HTML5 and DGLUX5 software or approved equal. Also, the vendor must be able to incorporate a complete graphics package for all RTU’s, AHU’s, CRAC units, VAV Boxes, Boilers, Chillers, Set points and Alarms which reside at multiple locations. The vendor must provide a fully web based system, a full open license system, advanced energy management strategies, advanced alarm management, foundation for future upgrades/global expansion to add other buildings, reuse existing investments, provide building analytics and trending applications, include advanced password protection, use a proven and tested software and allow for operators to easily access buildings with minimal effort.
