Description

The City and County of Denver, hereinafter referred to as the City, desires to solicit proposals relating to the purchase of Commissary and Trust Accounting Services to the inmates residing in the Denver City Jails. The Commissary System provides a list of goods that the inmates can order using their funds from their account. The Trust Accounting System creates a money account for each inmate. The inmates can use this account to order goods from the Commissary. Also, family members can add funds to the inmate’s account.
