Instructions: Vendors are asked to provide two (2) sets of prices to aid the City in evaluating items 1-6. Net Unit Price per Cylinder is for full rental cylinders provided to the City by the Vendor. Net Unit Price per Cubic Foot is for various City owned cylinders that will need to be filled periodically by the Vendor. Failure to provide either pricing will be taken under consideration during the bid process. If the tank size required is not the size the bidder carries, please give the pricing for
the closest size on the Non-Referenced Sizes worksheet.
