SCOPE OF WORK: The City and County of Denver, hereinafter referred to as “The City”, requests your bid in the purchase of exterior stucco repair to bird damage at 200 W. 14th Avenue. The specifications are as follows: • Labor and materials to repair stucco holes on north, east, south and west facing elevations o Repairs to match existing stucco color o Repairs to include filling in Styrofoam voids with expanding insulating foam • Rental of appropriate lift equipment to access elevations for repairs • Rental of safety barricades, cones, caution tape and all other tools or equipment necessary to secure the work site • All required permitting • Work will not include any painting
