Description

COVID tests and testing services for unvaccinated City employees estimated at up to 300 once per week for the next few months as required by Jefferson County Public Health. These are to be administered by the provider either at a provider office located within the City of Arvada or on City property at Arvada City Hall and Indiana Shops located at 65th and Indiana. The provider will be responsible for providing the test results to the employee.
The City of Arvada will be paying the invoices for this service which the City will provide for free to its employees.
