24-FAC-036 - City Furniture and Services As-Needed

The City of Arvada (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified HON furniture dealer companies with the intent to enter a contract for furniture purchase, installation, decommissioning services. 

BACKGROUND
The City of Arvada consists of a variety of different Facilities, including office buildings, police stations, golf courses, warehouses, and houses converted into workspaces. The City is interested in standardizing new furniture projects. 

OBJECTIVE
The City of Arvada (City) is seeking proposals from qualified HON furniture dealer companies with the intent to enter a one (1) year contract with possible for (4) annual renewals for furniture procurement, installation, and decommissioning services. The City furniture workstation projects will be based on an as needed annual basis. This Solicitation is based on providing the best value of taxpayer revenue, the economic benefits of volume purchasing, consistent warranty and repair,  and reduction in administrative costs through cooperative purchasing.
