Description

The City of Arvada Streets Division is seeking to pre-qualify concrete construction contractors. It is the intent of the City to establish a contract with one or more contractors to undertake on-call Miscellaneous concrete construction projects. The City may complete a separate bid process for a given project according to the City Ordinance. The City shall have the option to renew the contract for an additional two (2), one-year periods; with revised annual job specifications provided, if mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the City.
