Summary of Specifications:
The City of Arvada, CO has prepared this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with intent to assess methodologies and number of interested and qualified contractors able to provide debt collections services for the City of Arvada. Contractors with experience and a verifiable history in collecting outstanding secured and unsecured debt are encouraged to submit their qualifications packages. The City desires a partnership with a debt collection agency to provide an additional avenue to collect delinquent tax and fees.
