12-PW-01 - On Call Emergency Snow Removal Assistance

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Arvada is soliciting proposals from contractors to assist the City in plowing residential streets, hauling snow, and other related services during City declared snow emergencies. When snow removal assistance is needed, the City will contact the contractors on the list and inquire if the equipment is available. Contractor assistance will be requested as-needed, based on equipment needs, contractor unit prices, and contractor availability. There is no guarantee that the City will use any or all of the contractors on the list. There is no retainer paid by the City, nor is the contractor required to be available during the term of the Agreement.
