Summary of Specifications:
The City of Arvada is requesting proposals from licenced Architecture Firms to develop design, construction and bid documents and provide bidding and construction supervision on an approximately 3600 sf shade structure and a restroom/mechanical/storage building of approximately 2000 sf on the Ralston Central Park site. The plans for the new park have been completed and the locations for these structures are shown on the overall plan. The Achitect's team will work closely with a local Landscape Architecture firm currently under contract with the city. The construction drawings for the new park are 90% complete.
