PD 14-055 - Video Conferencing Solution

Summary of Specifications:
City of Arvada Police department would like to create a video conferencing system which would provide the ability to conduct distance briefings with a reliable quality system. The City of Arvada has three (3) police substations along with one (1) administrative conference room. The proposed system should include four (4) fixed locations as well as the capability to add additional per-determined mobile or desktop users with expansion of other substations built in the future. System should be high-definition, should take into account lighting and room logistics as well as application sharing. City of Arvada will provide the 80" TV's for video, cable will be installed ready for equipment to connect to.
