RFP-Rio Grande and Mill Street Well Connection Line - 2013-018 Rio Grande-Mill Street Well Connection Line

Summary of Specifications:
The project will include, but is not limited to: professional services to design a system to connect the Rio Grande well and Mill Street Well with an 8” waterline. The terminus of the lien will be the City of Aspen Substation on Puppy Smith. The project will require site survey, property and easement research for the new pipe’s alignment, and coordination with the City’s re-design of Mill Street. A pre-proposal conference will be held at Aspen Water Plant, 500 Doolittle Drive, at 2:00 p.m., February 27, 2013. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is mandatory unless prior authorization is given by the City's Project Coordinator.
