Description

The project will include but is not limited to; a five year design-build maintenance project for a 500,000 gallon, above grade, steel water storage tank. The design-build project scope shall include an engineering evaluation and associated report, exterior structural and coatings inspection and repair, interior structural and coatings inspection and repair, and construction plans detailing recommendations from the engineering evaluation report. The maintenance project scope shall include an annual inspection and at regular intervals cleaning of exterior and interior tank and minor repairs to tank structure and coatings for five years. Offerors shall provide financing terms for the project over a period of five years.
