The City of Aspen is seeking a vendor to conduct a statistically valid citizen survey in August 2019. This contract will be for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional years.

The City of Aspen conducts a statistically valid citizen survey annually. The survey is used to gather feedback regarding the quality of city services, emerging service needs and priority issues. At this time, the City is accepting proposals for this coming year’s survey (one-year contract), with the option to renew the contract for two additional years. The City will consider proposals for electronic, mail or phone surveys. Respondents must outline how they will address the challenges to validity presented by their recommended methodology, given that each has advantages and disadvantages.

Vendors will not be required to have an office in Aspen, nor is it anticipated that any trips to Aspen will be needed.
