2025-046 - As-Needed Materials and Snow Hauling Services

The purpose of the ITB is to solicit bids to establish a contract to provide routine and emergency on-call hauling services on an annual as needed basis in accordance with the professional standard of care and skill ordinarily possessed by a reputable truck hauling service.


The Contractor will be required to haul various types of material from various pick-up locations throughout the Roaring Fork Valley to execute delivery for the City of Aspen. Materials may include but are not limited to wood chips, branches, logs, trunks root balls, leaves, storm debris, construction spoils and debris, broken sections of concrete, stone, sand, soil, snow, and ice.
