The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to seek proposals from professional golf instructors to run a golf school/academy at the Aspen Golf Club. The Instruction Operator will provide lessons and schools to both locals and visitors in Aspen as well as custom club fittings. All retail orders must be done through the Aspen Golf Club. It is preferred that the Instruction Operator and their staff be certified PGA or LPGA members. Aspen Golf Club staff members will be able to assist with clinics and instruct private lessons should a client request them.
In addition to price, the criteria set forth in the Instruction to Offerors and any specific criteria listed in the Instructions to Offerors, may be considered in judging which Proposal is in the best interests of the City: appropriate fit with the Aspen Golf Club, teaching philosophy, goals, operation, experience, qualifications, and background, approach to overcoming challenges, financial proposal, facilities needed, cash handling procedures, scheduling conflict resolutions, and positive references.
