2022-265 - Design of Water Treatment Facility Campus Improvements

The project will include but is not limited to professional services to assess and design improvements at the City’s Water Treatment Facility at 500 Doolittle Drive. The project will determine existing constraints and develop a complete bid package for the construction of improvements and upgrades to select WTF processes at the WTF Campus, as well as to miscellaneous existing building exteriors and site work. This includes any reports and necessary plans and specifications describing the project, estimated construction costs, and all necessary permit application(s) for the work; all in compliance with current City Standards and permitting agencies’ requirements.
