RFP-2014-006 - Employee Generation Study

Summary of Specifications:
The project will include, but is not limited to: the study to define employment impacts associated with initial construction of homes, ongoing operation and maintenance, and ongoing employment impacts associated with public safety services. Secondary employee generation, such as employment stemming from home occupant purchases of retail goods and services at commercial establishments, should be excluded since those employment impacts are assigned to the development of commercial floor area.
