This Request for Proposals (RFP) includes, but may not be limited to, abatement, demolition and/or deconstruction of existing facilities with a high level of waste diversion & recycling of materials, and thereafter, site grading, excavation, retaining, stormwater facilities, utility mains and service stubs, CO SH82 (CDOT) intersection and trail underpass construction, internal roadways, curb and gutter and landscape, for the purpose of readying the 11-acre project site in Aspen, adjacent to the Aspen Airport Business Center (AABC), for vertical development of affordable housing facilities by others upon completion.
