Summary of Specifications:
The project will include the renovation of the existing home. The Scope of Work is a result of an inspection report that is included in the RFP documents. It includes but is not limited to: replace cabinets, countertops, and appliances in kitchen, refinish wood floors, new carpet in bedrooms, new windows throughout, repair structural bracing in attic, add fire separation between units, repairs to heating system and plumbing, new water shut off valve for unit, new sky light, replace drywall where needed, repair or replace sub-floor in bathroom, refurbish bathroom, fix mud room floor and add insulation, heat to mud room, mold remediation in bathroom, kitchen and entry way, roof replacement, stormwater drainage repairs around front door and sides of building, new slab at front repairs to exterior siding, soffit, and fascia, add heat tape to appropriate areas, tree trimming around roof line, clean up yard waste.
