Summary of Specifications:
The project will include, but is not limited to: help lodges identify areas for improvement, refurbishment, expansion, or redevelopment; help understand the City’s Land Use, Building, Engineering and other codes; help identifying private project teams; help shepherd lodge project through the relevant processes; work with City department and other community organizations to identify existing incentives available to them.
