RFI-2013-116 - Web-Based Rideshare Matching/Commuter Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Aspen is seeking qualifications as well as sealed bids from vendors capable of providing an off-the-shelf, web-based rideshare matching/commuter services system for use by staff, the general public and employers. This project will be funded by a Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) grant awarded to the City of Aspen by the Colorado Department of Transportation. The contract will be an agreement between the City of Aspen Transportation Department and the vendor. Expenses detailed in the scope of work shall not exceed $50,000.00. Should additional funding be available in the future, the service should be able to be easily modified to offer additional functionality that did not fall under the scope of work of the initial contract. Required qualifications are included in this packet as Appendix A.
