5981A - Eagle Park Improvements

Job Description. The project includes, but is not limited to the supply and installation of the following:

Base Bid
•  Temporary Facilities including fencing, construction staging area, watering, access, 
etc
• Demolition and Removal
• Earthwork
• Site Preparation
•  Protection of Existing Trees
•  Erosion & Sedimentation Control
•  Post-Tensioned Concrete Basketball Court, Goals, and Fence
• Concrete Flatwork
• Concrete Curb
• Site Furnishings
•  Trees, Sod, and Soil Preparation
• Irrigation Revisions

Bid Alternate 1
• Pedestrian Ramp Replacement

Bid Alternate 2
•  Solar Security Light and Footing

This project provides improvements primarily located at the south side of Eagle Park. Improvements include: new post-tensioned concrete basketball court, fenced with security light. New 
10’ wide concrete walkway to replace a portion of existing asphalt walkway along the west side of the park. Additional trees for shade, site furnishings with refreshed landscaping located at the 
south entrance to the park. Irrigation modifications will be made to accommodate the new basketball court.

Award Funding: This project is being supported, in whole or in part by funds from a federal award by the US Department of Treasury American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), and must therefore follow 
all applicable Federal, State and local regulations or restrictions.

This solicitation and the resulting contract shall be in accordance with Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, 2 C.F.R. Part 200.

The successful Contractor must be registered on the SAM.gov website and will be required to provide their Unique Entity ID number to the City prior to award.

Davis Bacon requirements do not apply to this award.

Work not specifically called for, but which must be accomplished to construct the work required under this contract, shall be considered as a part of this contract, whether or not specifically
detailed.
