Proposals will only be accepted electronically through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (BidNet) no later than 10:00 AM (Mountain Time) on September 26, 2024. Proposals received using another method such as email, mail, or hand delivery will not be accepted or considered. Late proposals will NOT be accepted. File size limit is 25 MB. Proposals received shall be retained by the City and cannot be returned.
