Description

The city is requesting bids for general repairs to existing, or installation of new, curbs; gutters; sidewalks; curb-ramps; or other transportation facilities on various streets throughout the city that have been identified for resurfacing within 1-2 years. All repairs and/or installations shall meet the latest requirements specified in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Public Rights of Way Guidelines (PROWAG) as they apply. Specific repairs and locations are listed on project plans included as a separate PDF file. The contract may be extended for four additional one-year periods in subsequent years, if mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the City.
