Description

The City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks Department (OSMP) is seeking a
highly qualified and experienced contractor to construct a fish passage project on the EBD
on South Boulder Creek in Boulder County, Colorado. South Boulder Creek is a perennial
stream located in southern Boulder County. The creek originates at the Continental Divide,
flows eastward through the City of Boulder and empties into Boulder Creek east of Boulder.
The project site is located on City of Boulder owned property immediately east of the city,
south of Baseline Road. Similar projects are those where the main focus of the work is
construction of fish passage projects, irrigation infrastructure improvement projects
or stream improvement projects. The City is specifically seeking contractors that
demonstrate experience in more than one of these particular areas.

A mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00PM on 13 February 2024 at: 2520 55th Street Boulder CO 80303. The purpose of the pre-bid meeting is for prospective bidders to develop a better understanding of
the scope of the project. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID
MEETING. Bids from contractors not attending the pre-bid meeting will not be considered and will
be returned unopened to the bidder. Allow approximately two (2) hours for the meeting. Inclement
weather may cause rescheduling.
