A mandatory job walk will be held April 4, 2024 and will meet at the 900 Walnut Parking Garage (next to St. Julien Hotel) in Boulder, Colorado. Please meet near the ticket booth and elevator at Level G1. All bidders must attend the entire job walk and sign in to confirm their attendance. Each bidder will need to review the Project documentation provided and referred to in this RFB. It is the intention of the City for all bidders to fully understand the Project scope of work and the existing conditions of the Project.
