Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the Division of Procurement & Contracts, City of Brighton, 500 South 4th Avenue, Fifth Floor, Brighton, Colorado 80601, no later than the date and time listed in the Key Dates. There shall be one (1) official clock for determining the timely filing of sealed bids and it shall be located in said office of the Division of Procurement & Contracts and designated as the “Official Clock”. Bids may be mailed or delivered in person, but must be in a sealed envelope. No Bids will be accepted after the time and date established above, except as revised by written addenda.
