RFQ 17M-023 - Annual Waterline Replacement Program

The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Division of Procurement and Contracts is soliciting written sealed Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) to shortlist up to six utility contractors to participate in Requests for Proposal (RFP) on the upcoming utility project “City of Brighton Annual Waterline Replacement Program.”, as stated in this Request For Qualifications. Only shortlisted utility contractors will be invited to submit on projects through 2022. Additionally, shortlisted firms will be allowed to participate in RFP’s on various additional utility water line repairs, replacement and extensions as they may become available through 2018.
