The City of Brighton seeks the proposal of Firms qualified to provide engineering services on an as-needed basis. Multiple engineering disciplines are described in the scope of services. Firms shall only submit a response for those categories which they are qualified, proficient, and experienced. Respondents shall be ranked upon each category on its own merit. Respondents shall clearly identify the categories within the scope of services for which the Firm is submitting a proposal.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The fee schedule will become part of the awarded Master Price Agreement and shall be submitted with the RFP documents. The schedule shall contain a per hour charge for all work as required. It is required that each Respondent propose the current term, in addition to each of the four potential extension terms.
