ITB-13-017 - Benedict Park Landscape Improvements

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Brighton by and thorough its Procurement & Contracts Manager is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary to construct improvements to Benedict Park located at 1701 Skeel Street Brighton, CO 80601, and to provide improvements consisting of over lot grading, installation of a new prefabricated restroom, picnic shelter, splash pad water feature, site lighting, expansion of parking lot, irrigation system, native grass seeding, turf grass sodding, tree/shrub plantings, and possible construction of add alternates such as a Skate Spot, related thereto upon request as stated in the Technical Specifications of the Invitation to Bid.
