The City of Brighton (City) by and through its Division of Procurement & Contracts is
accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as
necessary for the CDBG Sidewalk Project as described within the Invitation to Bid (ITB).
This project is funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), a Federal
grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). As such, all
bids submitted must be based on Davis-Bacon Act and Federal Labor Standards wage rates
and must account for other Federal requirements with use of said grant.
