Summary of Specifications:
The City of Brighton by and thorough its Procurement & Contracts Manager is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the replacement of the roof on the Cole House located at 2191 East Bridge Street, Brighton, Colorado 80601. The Work will consist of removal of the existing roof materials and fascia, installation of new insulation in the roof, replacing damaged sheathing and roof trusts, install sheathing, new asphalt shingles, and fascia, and also include reconstruction of the brick chimney, as stated in the Technical Specifications of the Invitation to Bid.
