19-003 - Demolition and Replacement of Entryway Concrete and Heating System

The current entryway is stamped concrete reinforced with rebar. It has an electric heat system that has partially failed. When it was installed the stamping process raised the level just enough that it hindered the front door and had to be ground down. This resulted in a pooling effect with water in front of the door. The existing concrete is about 15 years old. This project is to remove the existing concrete and electric heating system and replace with new concrete and a gas fired heating system.
