RFP #17-015 - Design Ser & Const Documents - N 40th Ave Improvements Bridge St to Garcia Ave

The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Procurement & Contracts Division is soliciting written sealed proposals from qualified firms to perform design services to review an existing design, modify the existing design, submit plans for review, and complete construction plans for North 40th Avenue between Southern Street and Tower Road, as stated in this Request for Proposal.
 
North 40th Avenue is currently not connected between Bridge Street and Garcia Avenue and is a priority for the City of Brighton’s Master Transportation Plan. Due to alignment and existing Right of Way (ROW), the alignment will need to taper smoothly to accommodate the constraint of the ROW. Further, one parcel will require a Temporary Construction Easement and access reconfiguration.
