The City of Brighton, Colorado (City) requires the services of a qualified engineering firm to prepare a Risk and Resilience Assessment and Emergency Response plan for the City Drinking Water System in accordance with America’s Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA) and to get the required approval from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The deadline for certification by the EPA for the Risk and Resiliency Assessment is June 31st, 2021; with the Emergency Response Plan due 6 months thereafter, on December 31st 2021.
