For the construction of the Ken Mitchell Lakes Boardwalk and Fishing Pier Construction project. Construction is to be completed by May 1, 2011. Project includes fishing pier, boardwalk, rip-rap and stabilization of lake edge, fish habitat structures, pedestrian fencing, trail, restroom, benches, shelter, picnic tables, trash containers, landscaping including trees and shrubs, irrigation adjustments, monumentation, site identification signage, interpretive/wayfaring signs.
