Summary of Specifications:
The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Procurement & Contracts Manager is soliciting written sealed proposals from qualified firms to retain a Consultant to conduct a planning/feasibility study that will assist the City in identifying the space needs and a site in which to construct a new Combined Service Center for the City of Brighton, as stated in this Request for Proposal. The new site will include Fleet Operations, Utility Operations (Water Shop), Parks & Recreation Maintenance, and Facilities Maintenance. Currently there are approximately 50 permanent staff and up to 50 seasonal staff that would be assigned to this combined facility.
