Description

The City of Brighton, Colorado and the Infrastructure Department are accepting Request for Proposals (RFP’s) for a Needs Study and Assessment/Architectural Program for a new Municipal Service Center facility. A new Municipal Service Center facility would house Streets Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Parks Maintenance, Utility Maintenance and Infrastructure Engineering and Administration, all of which currently operate in separate facilities and locations. In addition, a Police Substation would be located within the facility. The requirements for the Facility Needs Assessment and the general conditions thereof are included in this document.

A pre-bid conference and site visit concerning this project will be held at Brighton City Hall, located at 500 S 4th Ave, Brighton CO, 80601. See Key Dates section for time.
The purpose of this conference and/or site visit is to allow firms which may submit a bid an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation. If anything of importance is asked and not answered during this conference please submit in writing to obtain an answer.
Due to the importance of all Contractors having a clear understanding of the scope of the work and requirements of this solicitation, a Contractor must be in attendance during the entire pre-bid conference in order to submit a bid. Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit in its entirety.

Submissions must be received by the Division of Procurement & Contracts, prior to the Submittal Date and Time as listed in the Key Dates Section. Submissions shall be submitted in two parts. One piece will be the entire proposal minus fees, the second will only include the fee schedule. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Municipal Service Center Facility Needs Study and Assessment/Architectural Program , #20-006212” and addressed to the Division of Procurement & Contracts City of Brighton, 500 South 4th Avenue, Fifth Floor, Brighton, Colorado 80601.
