RFP-10-027 - Owner's Representative Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Brighton is requesting proposals from professional firms to provide Project Management as an Owner’s Representative for the construction of three capital projects consisting of an Outdoor Family Aquatic Park, a Brighton Adult Recreation Center and the renovations to the New Brighton City Hall. These projects will be completed through contracts with selected Construction Manager/General Contractor’s (CM/GC); the CM/GC’s will be selected prior to Project start. The Scope of Work items will be included on all three projects.
