Additional Bidding Instructions

All proposals must be received by the Division of Procurement & Contracts, via electronic submittal through BidNet or physical submission to the City of Brighton, 500 South 4th Avenue, Fifth Floor, Brighton, Colorado 80601 prior to the Submittal Date and Time as listed in the Key Dates Section. Physical proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “Property Appraisal Services , 20-006M” and addressed to the Division of Procurement & Contracts.

Physical submissions must contain three (3) hard copies, and one (1) digital copy (flash drive) for the reply to be considered responsive.
