ITB-15-015 - Roof Replacement Services R.O. and Greensand Plants

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Brighton by and thorough its Assistant Procurement & Contracts Manager is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the Roof Replace Services at the City’s Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) and Greensand Plants, as stated in the Technical Specifications of this Invitation to Bid. The awarded Contractor will provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and incidentals necessary for the installation of a Mechanically Fastened 80 Mil Membrane Thermal Plastic Roof System on the R.O. Plant and a Fully Adhered 80 Mil Membrane Thermal Plastic Roof System at the Greensand Plant located at 4350 E. Bromley Lane. The Contractor must: reroof each building as outlined in the Technical Specifications, and as specified and shown on the drawings.
