ITB-10-046 - Roof Replacement with Thermal Plastic System at 450 S. 4th Avenue

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Brighton by and thorough its Procurement Manager is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the removal of the old roof and installation of a new roof at the new City Hall located at 450 South 4th Avenue. The original building was built in 1975. The current roofing system is a ballast system. The building is a six story structure with precast and masonry construction. The low sloped roofs which include the main roof, a penthouse, and a main entrance canopy, are an EPDM ballasted roof system by Carlisle Roofing Company. On the east side of the building is an additional canopy roof that is comprised of asphalt and gravel. These roofs appear to be approximately 18 years old according to onsite documents.
