Summary of Specifications:
The City of Brighton by and thorough its Procurement & Contracts Manager is accepting Bids from qualified firms to provide all labor, materials and incidentals necessary for the completion of the work at the Historic Senior Center located at 575 Bush Street. The Contractor must: Reroof the low sloped roof on the east elevation, and the west dormer roof on the west elevation, Coating of the Standing Seam roof, roof the cornice on the old section of the building, as outlined in the Technical Specifications, and as specified and shown on the drawings of the Invitation to Bid.
